Kyrgyzstan is creating an e-commerce park

The Kyrgyz government is developing conditions for entrepreneurs working in the field of e-commerce. An e-commerce park is being created in the country — a platform that will combine digital infrastructure, logistics and business support services.

According to Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev, the initiative is aimed at developing online trade and simplifying business in the digital environment.

«An e-commerce park is being developed. It is a platform to support e-commerce entrepreneurs in creating digital infrastructure and logistics», — Kasymaliyev said.

He also noted that tax incentives have already been introduced for e-commerce participants.

«For example, a special tax regime with a 2% exemption from VAT, income tax and sales tax for e-commerce participants», — Adylbek Kasymaliyev noted.
