Representatives of the garment industry reported serious problems: restricted access to the Russian market, difficulties in interacting with the marketplace, and the lack of their own laboratory and certification, which hinders entry into European markets. Deputies noted that the industry is losing its competitiveness and requires urgent support measures. Deputy Seidbek Atambaev also drew attention to the mechanisms and conditions for attracting foreign specialists from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Uzbekistan to the garment industry.
Minister Bakyt Sydykov reported that work is underway to collaborate with Wildberries and build a logistics centre, which is planned to open by 2028.

Following the meeting, the Ala-Too parliamentary group instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to implement these measures in order to support the garment industry and create conditions for entering new sales markets.
