A new paramedic and midwifery centre is to be built in Manas for nearly 11.6 million soms

Manas City Council has announced a tender for the construction of a paramedic and midwifery centre in the village of Tosh-Kutchu. It is planned to allocate 11.58 million soms to the project.

Manas City Council has announced a tender for the construction of a paramedic and midwifery centre in the village of Tosh-Kutchu on O. Makeev Street. The information has been published on the public procurement portal.

The estimated cost of the project is 11,579,799.58 soms. Funding is to be provided from the Development Fund.

The contractor will be selected following an open two-stage tender. The deadline for submitting tenders is 3 August 2026.

According to the tender documentation, the successful bidder must complete construction of the project within five months of the contract being signed. The tender security must amount to 2 per cent of the contract value, and a 10 per cent advance payment is provided for under the contract.
