Road infrastructure is being upgraded in Osh: work is underway on 17 streets

Work to improve the road infrastructure in Osh is continuing. Construction and repair work is currently underway on 17 streets across the city. One of the sites is Torobek Abakir Uulu Street, located within the ‘Kurmanzhan Datka’ municipal district.

Previously, the road was in poor condition and caused inconvenience to residents. Work is now underway to reconstruct the street and bring it up to modern standards.

Reconstruction is also continuing on Suranchy Zhetimishov Street in the ‘Manas-Ata’ district, extending to Osh Street. It is expected that, once the work is completed, the new road will help relieve traffic flows and reduce congestion in the city.

In addition, the street will become one of the convenient alternative routes to Osh International Airport, which will improve transport accessibility and enhance the comfort of travel for residents and visitors alike.
