07/16/2026, 13:41The Regional Directorate for the City of Osh and Osh Region of the Land and Water Supervision Service has identified two instances of unlawful use of pasture land in the Chiyirchyk area of the Kara-Sui District.
During the inspection, it was established that two individuals had carried out construction work without authorisation and without the relevant permits, resulting in damage to the soil cover of pasture land covering a total area of 107 square metres.
For these offences, in accordance with Article 241 of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Code on Administrative Offences, each offender has been fined 5,500 KGS. Furthermore, claims totalling 39,804 KGS have been filed for the damage caused by the disruption to the soil cover.
The Land and Water Supervision Service urges citizens to comply with the requirements of land legislation and reminds them that unauthorised construction on pasture land entails liability under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
