03/18/2026, 16:31Criminal proceedings have been initiated against certain employees of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of the Kyrgyz Republic. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Certain employees of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) and individuals associated with them, under the guise of transferring funds and property rights received from business entities and individuals involved in criminal cases to the state, systematically embezzled these assets for personal gain, thereby enriching themselves illegally.
In connection with this, the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic has initiated a criminal case under the “Corruption” article of the Criminal Code.
