The project has been prepared with a view to attracting investment and developing the region’s tourism potential.
The project envisages the construction of a multi-functional hotel complex at an altitude of around 2,000 metres above sea level, with a capacity of 200 guests. The complex comprises three hotel buildings, four aparthotel blocks, nine detached cottages, nine guest houses, a sports complex with a mountaineering centre, a multi-purpose sports hall, a children’s centre, and a modern spa centre with a thermal area.
During the project’s development, particular attention was paid to the characteristics of the mountainous terrain, climatic conditions, engineering infrastructure requirements, and the harmonious integration of the facilities into the natural landscape.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the Ak-Suu Gorge’s tourism potential, attract domestic and foreign investment, and create a modern recreational infrastructure that meets environmental standards.
