12/19/2024, 17:26Today, December 19, in the residential area “Ak-Ordo” held a ceremony of laying the capsule of the school, which will be able to accommodate 750 students.
The capsule laying ceremony was attended by Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev and Director of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurdan Oruntaev. The construction of the new school is carried out by the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic at the expense of financing from the republican budget.
Mayor Aibek Junushaliev noted in his welcoming speech that the lack of schools and kindergartens in the capital is one of the most acute problems.
“Within the framework of support and instructions of our head of state, schools and kindergartens, social facilities are being built in the city, conditions are being created to provide decent education for the future generation. Over the past three years, 16 kindergartens and 18 schools have been built in the capital, and about 15 thousand children are studying in them. We must provide children with a happy childhood, decent education and upbringing, create all conditions and opportunities for their future”, - emphasized the mayor of the city.
According to the project, the school consists of a three-story educational building and four blocks.
The school has basic classrooms, chemistry and physics laboratories, computer labs, libraries, a book depository, a reading room and a canteen.
There are also classrooms for metalworking, woodworking, fabric processing, military training classes, a weapons room, dentistry, a doctors' office, and a gymnasium for volleyball, basketball and gymnastics for the all-round development of children.
The total area of the facility is 6 thousand 495 square meters.
