Personnel changes in the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan

Almasbek Abytev has been relieved of his duties as plenipotentiary representative of the president and cabinet of ministers in the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic at his own request.

Bektur Zulpiev has been appointed as the new plenipotentiary representative.

The relevant orders were signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliyev.

The plenipotentiary representative of the president ensures interaction between parliament and the cabinet of ministers, participates in the consideration of draft laws, and represents the government's position in the Jogorku Kenesh.
