Veterinary certificates for export in Kyrgyzstan are issued via the ‘Tulpar’ system

In Kyrgyzstan, the process of issuing veterinary certificates for products of animal origin intended for export is carried out via the ‘Tulpar’ automated information system. This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture.

To obtain a certificate, a business submits an electronic application via the system. A veterinary specialist then checks the products for compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements, enters details of the production date, use-by date and accompanying documents, and subsequently verifies their accuracy.

The next stage involves laboratory testing: samples are taken from the products and sent to the relevant laboratory. The test results are also entered into the ‘Tulpar’ system.

If the laboratory tests confirm that the products comply with veterinary and sanitary requirements, the veterinary specialist issues the export certificate via the system.
