Exports decreased by 13.3%, while imports decreased by 4.8%. This reflected a decline in international trade activity amid continuing external economic uncertainty.
At the same time, mutual trade with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union showed growth. Over seven months, its volume reached $2.91 billion. This is 3.2% more than a year earlier.
The republic's main partners within the Union remain the same. Russia accounted for 65.6% of mutual trade, and Kazakhstan for 32.2%.
