In addition, he noted that a total of 244 organisations operate in the field of education, including 120 schools and 118 kindergartens. In the first half of 2025, seven pre-school educational institutions were transferred to municipal ownership, and major repairs have begun in some of them. Five of them have been transferred to the operational management of district education departments.

At the end of the 2024-2025 academic year, 236,947 students graduated from 120 general education institutions in Bishkek, including 25,128 first-graders.

According to the results of the republican universal testing (VOT), 54 graduates across the country received gold certificates, including 38 students from Bishkek, including 29 graduates of municipal schools.

Under the Young Teacher Deposit Programme, 100 teachers were selected from 125 applications, and 7.7 million soms were allocated from the local budget to support them.
