03/03/2025, 09:28During two days of raids ‘Public Transport’ inspectors of the State Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan revealed 2,630 violations among drivers of buses and shuttle taxis.
The main violations concerned speeding, driving on the oncoming lane, technical defects of transport, non-compliance with licence requirements and other violations affecting passenger safety.
The total amount of fines imposed was 4 million 182 thousand 500 soms. The agency urges drivers to strictly comply with traffic rules and ensure safe conditions of passenger transport.
