Over 22,000 traffic violations were detected on Kyrgyz roads in one week

During the week of 5 to 11 May 2025, more than 22,000 traffic violations were detected on the roads of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the Main Directorate for Road Safety.

Among the violations were cases of driving without the necessary documents, driving while intoxicated, as well as numerous violations related to tinted windows and speeding.

In addition, a significant number of violations related to vehicle operation and reckless driving were recorded during the week. A total of 2,563 vehicles were impounded.

The department once again reminds drivers of the need to strictly observe road safety rules to prevent accidents.
