Over the week, the price of a troy ounce of gold fell by 5.2 thousand KGS

Last week, the buyback price of a troy ounce of gold in Kyrgyzstan showed moderate fluctuations. Thus, on 11 August 2025, the buyback price of an ounce was 299,372.5 KGS, which was the peak for the period under review.

On 12 August, the price fell slightly to 295,998.5 KGS, and on 13–14 August continued to fluctuate around 294–296 thousand KGS.

From 14 to 15 August, there was a slight decrease to 294,735.5 KGS, and by 18 August, the price was 294,196.5 KGS. Overall, during the week, the price lost about 5,200 KGS compared to the peak value on 11 August, showing a steady but smooth correction.

These fluctuations are associated with local changes in demand in the precious metals market and fluctuations in international gold prices.
