The key topic of discussion was land amnesty. Residents raised issues of legalizing land plots, registering property rights, and regulating the status of built-up areas.
In addition, city residents drew attention to the condition of roads, the lack of public transport, and difficulties with transporting children to schools. The need to develop social infrastructure, including the construction of a paramedic and midwifery station, was discussed separately.
Following the meeting, the mayor instructed the Sverdlovsk district akimat, together with city services, to work on the issue of repairing and subsequently asphalting the main street of the residential area in order to launch a full-fledged public transport system.
The relevant departments were also instructed to consider the possibility of allocating and preparing a plot of land for the construction of a medical center and to work out the organizational and technical aspects of its construction.
Aibek Junushaliyev emphasized that the city administration, for its part, will provide comprehensive support in resolving the issues raised and will personally oversee the implementation of the instructions.
